Chicken Kababs : Take minced chicken, and grind in mixie, adding green chillies , coriander leaves, onions , ginger, a slice of bread, one egg, blend everything add salt, and make into round or oval shapes as per your preference. For coating take bread crumbs made of brown bread, add parsley and sesame seeds. In a separate dish, beat an egg, add pepper and salt. Now dip the kababs one by one in egg, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in sesame oil. The nutty flavour of sesame seeds will enhance the taste of the kababs. Can be had with coriander or tamarind chutney.
A healthy and tasty snack is ready, and provides proteins, anti-oxidants, and calcium, and other minerals.

Take wheat flour, to it add salt ,water and knead it.in a bowl mix together, grated cheese, parsely and sesame seeds.
Now roll out a chapati to 2 inch diameter , sprinkle the cheese mixture, make a ball again, roll out once more to a 7 inch diameter, and roast it on a tawa.In the final tossover, add a dollop of ghee or butter to enhance taste.
In a similar way, roasted sesame seeds can be sprinkled over naans, burgers, grilled sandwiches, methi parathasand hot dog breads.Black sesame seeds are specially very popular as sprinklers, mostly due to its health benefits.
